first time the dash
alright now as far as glassing the dash do i foil the whole dash or is there some other techniques also should i do it in the car or take the dash out and im goin to run down the steps that i think is what i have to do so correct me if im wrong
-foil what i want glassed and tape edges...2 layers
-resign and matte the whole thing for the mold
-place my wood set-up going for a couple universal mount screens
-wrap with fleece
--*is the adhesive going to stick to the end of the mold like it does on wood*
-resin and glass the fleece
-sand sand sand
-bondo
-sand sand sand
-dont know if i wanna paint or wrap with leather

you could always just sand and paint you dash if that what you want but ^ way will own you

uh yea i think ill just sand and paint im not that advanced but that was some nice shit though suggestions on what grits i have to use and process

yeah id start with 80 to sand all the factory texture out but after that sand the plastic down with soapy water with like 100 or 120 rit just to get all the oils and dirt off then dry and prime the paint should stick

do you air dry or can you wipe dry? idk if the detergent or w/e on the cloth would mess with the paints???
