Hello all, I would like to say thank you to CAfiberglass for the the videos and forums. I have Learned SOooooo very much.
And I would like to say thank you to my wife as much of this work has taken place in our kitchen

, off and on.... weather kind of dictated that

I am currently working on my old 1993 Ford Bronco, its just a daily driver that I would like to enter in some local audio competitions.
This is the original door and panel:

This is the Panel after I had added the MDF to the Bottom and fleeced it and started glassing it.

After adding filler to it. (I really suck at this part)

A Test fit: (notice how it is bowed up at the bottom, the fleece did that while I was stretching)

Fitting the 8" Memphis Sub to it:

Well this is where I ran into trouble, with the sub mounted I went to try and mount the panel into the truck to see how it would fit and ended up cracking the door panel when I tried to force the bottom half down where the fleece had bowed the door panel.... that took me back to the drawing board

Well I recruited the help of my father. (Probably the best wood working craftsman I know in this area, honestly)
and we set out to redo what I had started we stripped off the old:

Reinforced the rear of thedoor panel so the fleece couldn't bow it this time:

I had decided in the dished out area of the door panel I want to create a pocket in it, and so Dad cut out a support so we could mold a pocket in the door panel:

I cut out the rings and mounted them to the door panels:

Stretched the Fleece:

Added the pocket support:

Added the fleece for the pocket:

Damn this thing is pretty!:

Added the Glass:

Added Filler:

Well thats it for now I will post more as we move along.
Thanx for looking.
