head rests
Ok so my new project is glassing speakers into the head rests, considering that i dont even use them to rest my head i thought itd be a perfect place. here it goes.

i cant wait to seeee that! nice idea, you should put like 2 on each one, like head phones! haha that would be sweet. with a screen in the back ,, maybe it would be to much but cant wait to see what you come up with.

ok well i just started, it will take some time to get everything wired and to the am but here are some pics of what im doing, when its done itll be sweet. lol, i cut in to the foam and wouldnt you know it there was a metal housing in there. as you can see i cut that out.

You're right, noone actually uses the headrest. Good idea. I think I'll put that in my plans for my truck but I'll do it with tweeters maybe. Hmmmm.... It's got me thinking.

no kidding, i just layed the last layer of glass inside the foam, makes it hard so i can secure the screws. i need some crossovers though so those things wont start poping when i turn up the volume

That looks tight, i want to do something like that but i need to put a screen in mine. the only problem is mine are leather so i dont want to set on offbalance to the color tone of my car ya know
